We will establish a challenging, student-centered educational
program in a harmonious environment to improve the academic achievement of our children.
Our teachers will work in Leadership Teams to design Implementation Plans to achieve our
goals. First, we expect to have more than half of our students performing at or above
grade level in reading, math, science, and social science. Second, we expect our students
to be competitive in managing 21st century technology. Third, we expect our
students to select life goals and careers, according to their skills, gifts, talents and
abilities. Finally, we expect our students to become responsible, self-determined,
positive decision-makers, and problem solvers, who relate to all peoples with respect. We
expect to maintain our focus and determination until our goals are accomplished.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 | Over 50% of our students in grades 3-8 are at/above grade level on the ITBS in math. |
 | Over 33% of our students in grades 3-8 are at/above grade level on the ITBS in reading. |
 | Increased the number of students using computers in the classroom. |
 | Implementation of the instructional program as designed by the Curriculum Leadership
Team. |
 | Completed access to the Internet for students in the Technology Lab and classrooms. |
 | Increased staff participation in Professional Development activities. |
 | Maintain school facility in good condition; attractive educational environment. |
 | Reduced suspensions and incidents of misconduct. |
 | Continued planning and organizing of the School Based Problem Solving program. |
